Booking Guidelines

Individual (Student & Staff )
 
1. Booking request available up to 1 weeks in advance of booking date
2. Maximum booking duration is 2 hours per user/day across all facilities
 
Registered Student Body/Clubs/Society 
 
1. Booking request available up to 8 weeks in advance of booking date.
2. Administrator  approval is required and subject to prior event approval via the Event Management Request (EMR) form
 
Campus events (Staff)
 
1. Booking request available up to 2 weeks in advance of booking date.
2. Administrator  approval is required and subject to prior event approval via the Event Management Request (EMR) form
 
Note
 
Users who have booked the facilities must be present to use the facility failing which they shall be barred from booking any facilities for a minimum period of one month. Booking cancellation can be submitted via this booking system up to 15 minutes before the approved booking time.
